CRM Specialist | UAE
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team and support the day-to-day operation and optimisation of our CRM platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain CRM data accuracy across Leads, Opportunities, Proposals, Contracts and Sales Orders.
- Provide first-line user support and troubleshooting.
- Develop standard reports, dashboards, views and charts.
- Configure routine CRM automations and monitor transaction progress.
- Develop user guides, procedures and training materials.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience as a CRM Administrator, Analyst or Specialist.
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365.
- Experience with CRM reporting, data management and automation.
- Good understanding of the lead-to-cash process.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused and an excellent communicator.
