Position: Specialist- AML Transaction Monitoring (Emiratized Role)
Job Responsibilities
Lead the review of affiliates’ corporate finance matters, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intra-group lending, demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
Join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within the Group Treasury Management Department of This Company.
Lead and advise on Treasury matters related to This Company’s Affiliates, including Wholly-Owned Joint Ventures, and Public Entities.
Possess experience in valuation and financial modeling.
Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financial instruments.
Understand intra-group lending and tax organization.
Possess applicable team skills and cross-functional experience.
Exposed to Mergers and Acquisitions.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including mentoring new hires and presenting to the This Company Management Committee.
