A leading aircraft maintenance and repair company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist in Aircraft Maintenance Planning & Control tojoin our teamon a full-time, 1-year contract.
As a Specialist in Aircraft Maintenance Planning & Control, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of aircraft maintenance planning and control, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain aircraft maintenance schedules, taking into consideration operational requirements, resource availability, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks.
Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and proactively address any potential issues.
Review and approve maintenance work packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Conduct regular audits of maintenance records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure effective planning and control of maintenance activities.
Stayup-to-datewith industry regulations and best practices, and implement changes as necessary.
Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams.
Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and policies.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance with company and industry standards.
Prepare reports and presentations on maintenance planning and control activities for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning and control, preferably in a supervisory orleadershiprole.
Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical andproblem-solvingabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems.
Willingness to workflexible hoursand travel as required.
