Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in SpecialEducationor a related field.
Experience in coordinating SEN programs, preferably in an international or IB school setting.
Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and differentiation techniques.
Excellentcommunicationandleadershipskills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
Familiarity with cultural sensitivities in a conservative Islamic environment is an advantage.
