We are seeking a reliable and energetic Bike Rider/Delivery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering essential items, such as groceries, supplies, and other guest requests, to our vacation rental properties using a bicycle. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, has excellent time management skills, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver items such as groceries, linens, toiletries, and other supplies to vacation rental properties in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all deliveries are accurate and meet the quality standards expected by Savis Vacation Homes Rental LLC.
Communicate effectively with the operations team and guests to confirm delivery details and address any special requests.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery bike and equipment.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety guidelines while riding.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests during deliveries.
Report any issues or delays to the operations team promptly.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license (if required by local regulations).
Proficient in riding a bicycle and comfortable navigating urban or suburban areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with the local area is a plus.
Previous delivery or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Working Conditions:
This role involves outdoor work and requires riding a bicycle in various weather conditions.
Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required based on guest needs.
