Spare Parts / Store Engineer Jobs in Doha at The Tint Xperts
We are looking for a Spare Parts / Store Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution across departments.
- Support daily operational activities by coordinating with procurement, logistics, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, inventory, equipment data, and prepare reports, invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support operational requirements and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules, inspections, and service records, and assist in resolving operational issues through timely corrective actions.
- Prepare operational reports, technical documentation, and management updates while contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
– Prior experience in spare parts operations within a related field, ideally in Heavy Equipment, Machinery or Construction.
– 1–2 years of mandatory experience in operations, logistics or an office-based engineering.
– Advanced proficiency in ERP/Microsoft Dynamics, MS Office, especially Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data handling.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities effectively.
– Candidates must be currently available in Qatar and able to provide a valid NOC, which is mandatory for joining.
Pay: QAR2,500.00 – QAR3,500.00 per month
