Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible to ensure the success and profitability of the Parts dealership, according to defined short and long term goals. It is the role holder responsibility to train and motivate a highly effective sales team and provide timely and accurate financial statements.

Managerial Responsibilities

Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the General Manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.

Provides inputs for the development of the Parts division strategy in line with the company goals, and cascade the same to the annual operating plan.

Drives the results through effective planning, resource allocation, work allocation, monitoring and decision-making in order to achieve the parts-level KPIs.

Core Responsibilities

Acts as a pivotal role in the supervision of all sales staff, including sales supervisors and fleet/sales executives.

Plans and develops monthly and annual sales goals and objectives for each showroom and submits timely projections to senior management.

Provides senior management with regular and accurate financial and quantitative reports (e.g. sales report, gross profit report, stock value report).

Coordinates with the business/administrative areas to ensure that records and analysis are correctly maintained.

Tracks and reviews departmental forecast periodically, ensuring consistency with annual projections.

Acts hands on the daily operations of each showroom, recommending and creating improved courses of action, methodologies, and technics.

Provides all sales staff with clear policies and practices, and ensures that this is absorbed and followed.

Holds regular sales meetings and training.

Builds a positive employee attitude and morale.

Coordinates with the marketing division and other divisions to develop cost-effective sales campaigns.

Focuses on escalated costumer complaints or requests.

Coordinates the appropriate supply of parts and ordering/acquiring parts inventory accordingly.

Maintains profitability, while controlling the expenses and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

Develops and shares dealer best practices among showrooms/dealerships to improve profitability.

People Management Responsibilities

Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the performance management process.

Manages the team members by evaluating their performance, providing feedback on an on-going basis, identifying development needs and coaching them to ensure capability development.

To be considered in this role, you must have:

10 years of relevant experience in Automotive industry

Proven ability to work under pressure and to accomplish demanding targets

Proven ability to act as a people manager of highly effective teams.

Able to nurture talent, manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.

MS Office advanced skills

Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
