Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Spare Parts Advisor to manage parts sales and inventory for CFMOTO motorcycles and ATVs. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient parts operations, support workshop requirements, and deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and workshop staff in identifying and sourcing correct spare parts for CFMOTO vehicles
- Handle parts inquiries, quotations, and sales transactions efficiently
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock movement and placing orders
- Coordinate with suppliers and principals for parts availability and backorders
- Ensure proper documentation of parts sales, warranty claims, and returns
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/DMS systems
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving parts and recommend stocking strategies
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of parts in the warehouse
- Support service department with timely parts supply to avoid delays
- Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Spare Parts Advisor, preferably in motorcycles, ATVs, or automotive industry
- Experience with CFMOTO or similar brands is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of parts catalogues, VIN decoding, and parts identification systems
- Familiarity with ERP/DMS systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
