Spa Therapist at Inter Continental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa
Hotel: IC – Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa (RKTHA), Al Rafaa, Mina Al Arab
Located on Hayat Island, Inter Continental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront resort less than an hour from Dubai, offering a refined escape surrounded by natural landscapes and open sea views.
Responsibilities
- Offer the full range of spa treatments to required brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with municipality regulations.
- Actively retail spa products, offering homecare solutions and suggestions to every guest.
- Achieve retail targets set by the department manager.
- Follow room setup standards to ensure each treatment room is fully prepared before the guest arrives.
- Maintain correct time management; all treatments must commence on time and last the correct duration.
- Spend any unallocated shift time driving awareness within hotel facilities or organized off‑site events.
- Manage product stock in treatment rooms, ensuring products are refilled and kept in good condition.
- Control product usage during treatment to manage GOP and reduce waste.
- Support spa attendants in maintaining cleanliness standards and take ownership of cleaning the assigned treatment room.
- Deliver an unrivaled guest experience for each guest by following department SOPs.
- Stay true to product brand standards and understand the meaning of a brand promise.
Qualifications
- Well groomed and presentable appearance.
- Strong technical skills in treatments.
- Excellent upselling ability.
