Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and any health concerns
Customize treatments to address specific guest requirements and ensure their comfort throughout the session
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in treatment rooms and spa areas
Educate guests on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate products for home use Actively participate in retail sales by suggesting suitable spa products to guests
Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and industry trends
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless spa operations and
guest satisfaction
Adhere to all
safety protocols
and maintain proper hygiene standards
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize productivity
Provide detailed feedback and maintain accurate guest records for personalized future treatments
Qualifications
Certified as Spa Therapist With 2-5 years of experience in the same field in hotel industry
With good English
communication skills
With pleasing personality and a well focused individual
