Spa Therapist Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Hilton Worldwide, Inc.

A Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice, and tours of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in accordance with company standards.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Attending Hilton Trainings and monthly departmental meetings as required.

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in the department.

Reporting any maintenance issues to the Recreation & Spa Manager.

Assisting in all areas of operations as requested by the Recreation & Spa Manager.

Being fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel.

Adhering to the departmental operation budget to maximize revenues and minimize expenses.

Providing efficient guest service from arrival to check-out, including booking, changing, canceling appointments, and upselling retail products.

Accurately scheduling, confirming, and canceling massage reservations.

Processing billing and posting for spa and retail services, reporting any overages and shortages.

Explaining spa treatment menus and packages to guests.

Greeting and welcoming all incoming and outgoing guests and staff in accordance with brand standards.

Maintaining the quality of service and overall appearance of locker areas, lounge, and restrooms.

Ensuring proper cleanliness and stock of water, beverages, and setup of beverage and fruit stations.

Assisting guests and providing personal training sessions if necessary.

Maintaining the fitness center, including equipment care and coordination with maintenance representatives.

Ensuring audio-visual equipment is well maintained and in good condition.

Providing courteous and efficient guest service throughout their visit.

Orienting guests to the fitness facilities, greeting guests, and providing personal guest service.

What are we looking for?

A Spa Therapist working for Hilton Brand hotels and resorts should embody the following attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values:

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Experience in hospitality or customer service industry is required.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) for effective communication with guests.

Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees.

Problem-solving skills involving multiple variables in standardized situations.

At least 1 year of experience in the spa or hospitality industry.

It would be advantageous to demonstrate experience in a resort or wellness-related field.
