Responsibilities:

Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation.

Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.

Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Be responsible for scheduling tours, spa day packages, treatments, and personal training.

Conduct spa tours and consultations, giving personalized advice and promoting facilities, treatments, and products.

Handle the sale and redemption of gift vouchers.

Provide pre- and post-treatment advice when booking appointments, including stating important contraindications.

Schedule bookings for members and guests to the required standards.

Ensure all new clients complete a spa consultation card and keep records updated.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all spa reception areas.

Ensure all equipment is serviced regularly as part of preventative maintenance.

Achieve retail sales targets.

Process bill payments and receipts accurately.

Set an example through personalized service, positive attitude, and professionalism.

Assist during spa promotions and events.

Keep displays updated regularly.

Open and close the spa daily according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Use spa computers proficiently.

Maintain a Spa Desk Bank.

Actively promote spa treatments, services, programs, promotions, and discounts.

Maintain a clean, safe, well-stocked, and organized work area.

Contribute to a positive work environment with a positive attitude.

Assist in all spa operations as requested by management.

Report any incidents involving staff or guests to management.

Ensure the security of retail stock.

Record all necessary information in the spa management system.

Manage booking cancellations and waiting lists for members and guests.

Record comments from members and guests.

Monitor facility usage and report on usage patterns.

Keep accurate records of visits, treatments, and purchases.

Manage daily takings and usage reports.

Qualifications:

Arabic speaker highly preferred.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel spa or reception, with experience using Opera.

Experience as a SPA reception in-charge or coordinator is a plus.

High school diploma required.

Experience in inventory management for medium to large retail areas.

Excellent customer service and phone skills.

Ability to handle daily, weekly, and month-end reports.
