Job Summary
Full Time Spa Manager for a 5 Star Hotel Spa in Saudi Arabia.
Minimum experience required: over 5 years. Salary:
Negotiable based on skills and experience.

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (frequent travel to Riyadh, Dubai, and London).
Start date:
Immediately.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement expansion strategies for new spa locations in Riyadh, Dubai, and London. - Project Management:
Oversee the opening of new branches, including site selection, lease negotiations, design, and construction. - Brand Development:
Lead the creation and launch of the spa’s own line of manicure products, lashes, and skincare products. - Operations Management:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all spa locations, maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction. - Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage staff for new locations, ensuring they adhere to the spa’s standards and protocols. - Marketing and Sales:
Develop marketing strategies to promote new products and services, increasing brand awareness and sales. - Financial Management:
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability of new ventures. - Compliance:
Ensure all spa locations comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years in operations management, business development, or a similar role in the beauty and wellness industry.
