Your Day-to-Day
As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing the spa operation to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a revitalizing, relaxing, and energizing
guest experience
. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and other regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
Membership Sales & Retention:
Develop and implement strategies to attract new outside members to the spa. Manage membership renewals and foster high retention rates through strong relationships. Ensure all members receive exceptional, personalized service. Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Use social media, partnerships, and events to boost visibility.
Operations Excellence:
Oversee daily spa operations, maintaining high standards of service. Monitor cleanliness, organization, and functionality of facilities. Ensure safety, hygiene, and wellness standards are met. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, organizing ongoing training. Collect feedback for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new services or technologies.
Financial & Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets, monitor performance, revenue, and membership trends. Handle billing and ensure accurate processing.
Collaboration with Hotel Departments:
Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and other departments for seamless guest experiences. Develop integrated packages for hotel guests interested in spa memberships.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification.
Qualifications in Spa Management from a reputable institute.
3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury spa at a five-star resort.
Highly fit, presentable, and well-groomed.
Natural sales ability to promote spa offerings.
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages preferred.
