Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and
customer-focused
Spa Concierge Agent to join our luxurious spa facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Warmly greet and welcome guests to the spa, providing a positive first impression
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and modifications using our booking software
Offer detailed information about spa treatments, services, and packages to guests
Assist guests with selecting appropriate treatments based on their needs and preferences
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and professionalism
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
Promote spa products and services to enhance guest experience and drive sales
Ensure compliance with spa policies, health regulations, and safety standards
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry; experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in scheduling and booking software
Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of spa treatments, services, and wellness practices
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
