Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Spa Assistant to support daily operations and ensure a relaxing and welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate will assist therapists, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and scheduling appointments
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after services
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the spa
- Assist therapists during treatments when required
- Replenish products, towels, and other spa essentials
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services and products
- Ensure a calm, professional, and friendly environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or spa environment is an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good personal grooming and hygiene
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
