Sous Chef JD:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef specialized in Pastry to join our luxury culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in mixing techniques and a refined approach to pastry production, ensuring the highest standards of consistency, creativity, and elegance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily production.
- Master and apply precise mixing methods to achieve exceptional textures and flavors.
- Supervise and guide pastry staff, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Contribute to recipe development and innovation while preserving excellence and consistency.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food-safety regulations. (HACCP)
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Pastry/Bakery or equivalent training.
- 3–5 years experience in a professional pastry kitchen (luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end production preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pastry fundamentals with emphasis on mixing and dough preparation.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,500.00 per month
