Job Description
 Sous Chef  Ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook, and serve makes our guests smile and want more. Our Californian beach restaurant is a hub of warmth and hospitality. What you will be doing:  Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve the environment and menus.
Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte menus according to property recipes and standards. Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback. Adhere to HACCP Standards. Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation,
inventory management
, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and supplies. Â Your experience and skills include: Â At least 2 years of experience as Sous Chef for an A la Carte Restaurant.
Ability to work well under pressure in a
fast-paced environment
with a high volume of guests. Expertise in A la carte. Culinary
education
background. Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team. Â
