We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sous Chef to join a prestigious French fine dining restaurant in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong culinary professional with Michelin-level experience to support the Head Chef and help lead a high-performing, disciplined kitchen brigade.
Role Requirements
- Available for face-to-face interviews and a kitchen trial either in Dubai or Paris
- Strong background in Michelin-starred French Fine Dining restaurants (essential)
- Proven experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in top-tier establishments
- Excellent understanding of classical French cuisine
- Ability to maintain consistency, precision, and speed under pressure
- Hands‑on approach with strong presence on the pass during service
- Experience in menu execution, prep organization, and quality control
- Strong awareness of hygiene standards, kitchen structure, and operational discipline
- Calm, focused, and highly reliable in a high‑expectation environment
- Good communication skills in English and French
