Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and Digital Marketing Executive to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance our online presence, drive digital campaigns, and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT, expertise in digital marketing tools, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Campaigns
Assist in formulating strategies to build lasting digital connections with consumers.
Plan, execute, and monitor the company’s presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Launch optimized online advertisements using Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to increase company and brand awareness.
Content and SEO Management
Be actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword research and image optimization.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and ensure the website is regularly updated with fresh content.
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, managing their distribution through various channels.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics and Web Trends.
Acquire insights into online marketing trends to ensure strategies remain competitive and up-to-date.
IT Integration and Online Sales
Manage and maintain the company’s owned media, including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.
Focus on driving online sales through platforms like Amazon, Noon, and eBay, and develop long-term plans for sales through the website and other online platforms.
Stay abreast of emerging IT tools and digital technologies, leveraging them to enhance marketing outcomes.
Collaboration and Partnership
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience across all digital platforms.
Maintain strong partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality digital campaigns.
Manage the creation of engaging digital content for publishing on various platforms.
Trend Analysis and Team Contribution
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations, sharing insights with the team.
Manage social media and digital advertising campaigns, optimizing performance and engagement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on IT integration.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, and online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
Experience managing digital sales on platforms like Amazon, Noon, and eBay.
Familiarity with IT tools for website management, CRM, and email marketing.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, and sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
