TUSMO real estate is looking for multiple qualified Real Estate Broker / Senior Property Consultant in off-plan market or secondary market ( SALES EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD IS A MUST)
Responsibilities:
Prospect for potential clients through various channels, including networking and cold calling.
Conduct consultations with clients to discover their property preferences and financial capabilities.
Prior experience & knowledge of Off-Plan sale or secondary Sales,Rent
Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients to properties.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favourable terms and prices.
Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed.
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and manage ongoing client relationships.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a real estate agent or sales consultant (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with local real estate regulations and practices.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
