we are looking for call center agent for our vehicle testing company being an call center agent your primary role will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our vehicle testing services, schedule appointments, and resolve customer inquiries or issues. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth operation within our call center.
Salary: Dhs. 3,000 to 3,500/-
Job Location: Dubai Industrial City
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Manage and schedule vehicle testing appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer convenience.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Aber Vehicle Testing Company’s services, procedures, and policies.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and appointment details using our call center software.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure consistent service quality and compliance.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
