Sous Chef Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Private sector

We are looking for a full-time Chef with or without accommodation for a UHNW family in Dubai.

The Chef is responsible for:

Preparing and cooking high-quality food.

Overseeing the kitchen operations.

Ensuring food quality and safety standards.

Managing stock and consumables.

Overseeing kitchen staff and maintaining efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience in food preparation, culinary techniques and kitchen management.

Specialization in Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, World and Continental cuisine.

Deep knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and inventory.

Creativity in menu and recipe development.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Culinary education or relevant certification (preferred).

Previous experience working in UHNW families in Russia, Dubai, in luxury hospitality or in a five-star hotel for at least 5 years.

Salary and benefits:

Salary: salary is negotiable
