As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for our future SOMMELIER ready to embody excellence and the French art of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional wine service in the dining room, ensuring a high-end and personalized guest experience.

• Advise guests on wine and beverage selections in harmony with the dishes on the menu.

• Present the wine list and actively promote the different wine references to guests.

• Recommend and execute food and wine pairings in collaboration with the kitchen team.

• Manage the wine cellar, including receiving deliveries, storage, stock rotation, and inventory control.

• Ensure proper wine storage conditions and correct serving temperatures.

• Contribute to the selection and evolution of the wine list in collaboration with management.

• Train and support the front-of-house team on wine service basics and food and wine pairing principles.

• Ensure compliance with the group’s service standards and quality expectations.

Skills & Soft Skills:

• Strong knowledge of French and international wines.

• Knowledge of food and wine pairing principles.

• Wine cellar management and stock control.

• Ability to confidently present and sell wines to guests.

• Strong sense of hospitality and guest service.

• Passion for wine and gastronomy.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
