Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Overall Lead Solution Architect to provide enterprise-wide solution architecture leadership and oversee the Solution Architecture Centre of Excellence (SA CoE). This role is accountable for governing solution design across all domains—including ERP (Oracle Fusion), C2M, Digital Channels, Integration, Data, and Operations—ensuring solutions are secure,
scalable, compliant, and aligned with the enterprise architecture, business strategy, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and govern end-to-end solution architecture across all business and technology initiatives.
- Define, implement, and enforce solution architecture principles, standards, and best practices across the enterprise.
- Act as the primary design authority, reviewing and approving high-level solution designs (HLDs) and key architectural decisions.
- Lead and mentor Lead Architects and Domain Architects within the Solution Architecture Centre of Excellence (SA CoE).
- Drive architecture governance through Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Architecture Design Authority (ADA) frameworks.
- Ensure solutions are built with security-by-design, scalability, integration, and operational excellence in mind.
- Oversee architecture alignment across critical domains including ERP (Oracle Fusion), Customer-to-Meter (C2M), Digital Channels, Integration, and Data Platforms.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and cybersecurity policies.
- Own and manage the central solution architecture repository, promoting reuse and reducing duplication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including IT PMO, Business Units, QA, IT Operations, Information Security, and external vendors throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Provide strategic architectural input to digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership experience in enterprise and solution architecture governance.
- Deep understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and governance models.
- Broad technical expertise across:
- ERP platforms (preferably Oracle Fusion)
- Customer platforms (e.g., C2M)
- Integration and middleware technologies
- Digital channels and customer experience platforms
- Data architecture and analytics ecosystems
- Proven ability to lead senior architects and influence executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of security architecture, integration patterns, and cloud/hybrid environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Experience & Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with significant exposure to solution and enterprise architecture leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Professional certifications such as:
- TOGAF (strongly preferred)
- Other relevant architecture or cloud certifications (desirable)
- Experience working in large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC region is an advantage.
