Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to manage and oversee solar projects from planning and design through execution, commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage solar projects from start to completion.
- Supervise project execution and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Review technical drawings, method statements, material submittals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate solar installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Lead and motivate the project team and site staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar PV project management.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience in managing large-scale solar projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of project planning, cost control, and site management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license required
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
