We are seeking a Solar Maintenance Technician to support the inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar power systems. The role requires adherence to safety standards and effective teamwork to ensure reliable system performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar power systems.
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Complete maintenance records and reports.
- Follow company safety procedures and site requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar maintenance.
- Knowledge of PV systems, electrical equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
