We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Technician to install, maintain, and repair solar power systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in photovoltaic (PV) systems, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting solar equipment.
Responsibilities:
Install, test, and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
Perform maintenance and repairs on solar panels, inverters, and related components.
Conduct site assessments and prepare reports on solar energy potential.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in solar power systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Work with engineers and other team members to optimize solar energy performance.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in installing and maintaining solar PV systems.
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and solar technology.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
