Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled UAT Specialist with strong business and functional expertise in Trade Finance and Corporate Banking. The role focuses on validating end-to-end business workflows, ensuring system readiness, and performing bilingual testing for Corporate Internet Banking portals (Arabic & English).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Trade Finance applications.
- Validate end-to-end business workflows in Corporate Banking systems.
- Conduct Arabic and English interface testing for Corporate Internet Banking platforms.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
- Prepare UAT test scenarios, detailed test cases, and execution reports.
- Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support business users during UAT cycles and facilitate sign-off processes.
- Ensure system functionality aligns with business processes and regulatory standards.
Domain Expertise Preferred:
- Trade Finance: Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Payments, etc.
- Corporate Banking systems and processes.
- Corporate Internet Banking platforms.
- Arabic localization and bilingual testing capabilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant UAT experience.
- Strong knowledge of Trade Finance operations.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
