Business Development Officer – ELV Solutions

We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive our growth in the region.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and promoting Mideatek’s ELV solutions. Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Present and promote Mideatek’s ELV solutions, including CCTV systems, gate barriers, access control, smart home solutions, data cabling, and fiber cabling.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the ELV or related industry.
Strong understanding of ELV systems and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license and own car.
Strong network within the construction, real estate, and technology sectors is a plus.
