Job Title:
Manage and supervise all soft services activities, including cleaning services, housekeeping, hospitality services, landscaping, pest control, and waste management, to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and attractive environment in hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and similar facilities. Responsible for managing the team, assigning duties, monitoring performance quality, handling complaints, implementing service standards, and improving operational efficiency in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise soft services staff, assign daily duties, and monitor task execution according to approved quality and cleanliness standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and operational procedures.
- Prepare and implement daily task schedules and maintain records for cleaning, hospitality, landscaping, pest control, and waste management activities.
- Develop daily and weekly work plans and allocate manpower according to operational requirements.
- Monitor the readiness of rooms, public areas, reception areas, and meeting rooms to ensure a high level of service.
- Investigate complaints related to cleaning services, hospitality, and equipment, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and meet facility requirements.
- Supervise hospitality services and ensure professional service delivery to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Organize and monitor hospitality team activities, including preparation of meeting rooms, events, and reception areas.
- Ensure availability of hospitality supplies and operational materials and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Conduct employee orientation and on-the-job training to explain policies, work procedures, and proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Establish soft services work standards and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Evaluate employee performance and prepare recommendations regarding development, promotion, transfer, or termination.
- Monitor departmental manpower requirements and prepare workforce-related reports.
- Manage inventory, issue tools, equipment, and supplies to employees, and ensure proper usage.
- Prepare periodic reports related to service quality, completed tasks, expenses, attendance, and employee performance.
- Inspect buildings and facilities to identify requirements for repairs or replacement of furniture and equipment and submit recommendations to management.
- Perform cleaning or operational support duties during emergencies or staff shortages.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss company policies, customer feedback, and service improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards during all soft services activities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in managing or supervising cleaning services and soft services operations.
- BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science)
- Experience in team management, task allocation, and quality performance monitoring.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with ERP systems is considered an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 – ﷼6,500.00 per month
