Job Summary
Responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across all social media platforms while maintaining a luxury and visually appealing identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily posting on Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Create short‑form video content (Reels, Tik Tok, stories)
- Edit photos and videos professionally (color grading, retouching)
- Set up lighting, backgrounds, and creative scenes
- Create content calendars aligned with campaigns and promotions
- Write engaging captions in line with brand tone (luxury/chocolate niche)
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance
- Coordinate with photographer/videographer for content production
- Monitor trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably F&B or luxury brands)
- Strong copywriting skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of social media tools and scheduling platforms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
