Position: Social Media Specialist (Organic Growth)
We are hiring for our client, a well‑established UAE‑based retail and lifestyle group operating across flowers, perfumes, fashion accessories, cosmetics, and gifting with a strong footprint across the UAE. The business has been operating since 1999 and runs 80+ retail stores, offering a wide range of premium products and curated gifting experiences.
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist focused on organic growth—someone who can build strong brand presence through content, storytelling, and trend‑led execution, rather than paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage organic social media channels (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube)
- Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with campaigns, retail promotions, and seasonal occasions
- Create engaging short‑form content (Reels/Tik Tok) focused on:
- Product storytelling (bouquets, perfumes, gifting)
- Emotional/occasion‑based content (birthdays, weddings, Ramadan, etc.)
- Visit stores for on‑ground content creation, including product shoots, bouquet styling, and event coverage
- Identify and capitalize on viral trends, audio, and formats to drive organic reach
