Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in content creation but also highly engaged with the audience, ensuring strong interaction and community building across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos)
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with followers and build a strong online community around the brand
- Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them creatively
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand direction
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality content
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat
