We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a DUTCH SPEAKER Property Consultant at ThriveState Square Real Estate.
As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, and selling properties within Dubai’s vibrant real estate market and dealing with Spanish client.
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in identifying opportunities within the Dubai Market that align with their requirements and preferences.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and developments in Dubai.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
* Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits.
* Negotiate property prices and facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process.
* Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and targets.
Requirements:
* Perfect communication skills and presentable appearance are essential for this role
* Fluency in English and DUTCH is a must
* Previous sales experience in any field
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously
