We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role requires expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community growth.
Content Creation & Branding:
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics across all social channels.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.
Marketing & Campaigns:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Run paid social media advertisements and optimize them for performance.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to align social media efforts with business objectives.
Track KPIs and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Strong understanding of social media trends, SEO, and paid ad strategies.
Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
