We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Waitress to join a prestigious resort in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and will serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet Guests: Provide a warm welcome to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Take Orders: Accurately record customer orders and relay them to kitchen or bar staff.
Serve Food & Beverages: Deliver orders to guests promptly and courteously.
Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer needs, check satisfaction levels, and respond to special requests to enhance the dining experience.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas are kept clean and organized at all times.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure efficient service.
Handle Transactions: Process payments and provide change to customers as required.
Health & Safety Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
Assist with Setup & Breakdown: Set up dining areas before service and clean up after service, including restocking supplies.
Upsell Menu Items: Promote specials and recommend menu items to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Qualifications:
Preferred Gender: Female candidates preferred.
Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is required.
Experience: Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) in a customer service role is desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach to customers.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
Must 6 months to 1 year experience as a Waitress or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: AED 1,500
