Job Overview:
We are seeking a female professional to join our team as a Sales Associate & Social Media Specialist. This hybrid role combines customer service excellence with creative social media management to help us deliver an exceptional in-store experience while growing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Associate:
Greet and assist customers in selecting vape products, accessories, and e-liquids tailored to their needs.
Provide expert product knowledge and ensure compliance with all vaping laws and regulations.
Process sales transactions, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
Build strong customer relationships by offering personalized recommendations and follow-up support.
Social Media Specialist:
Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Create and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns to promote products, sales, and events.
Respond to comments and messages, fostering an interactive online community.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Female
Experience in retail sales, preferably in the vape or similar industry.
Familiarity with vaping products and current regulations is a plus.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry and social media trends.
