  • Work closely with the Graphic Design Specialist, Marketing Manager, and Strategic Communications Manager to ensure visual consistency, accurate messaging, Arabic/English quality, and channel-appropriate tone.
  • Stay up to date with current content trends, platform behaviours, music and culture storytelling formats, and creator-led formats that can be adapted appropriately for UAENO.

Social Media Strategy & Planning:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing the organic social media plan in line with campaign priorities, audience growth goals, ticket-sales objectives, and approved brand messaging.

  • Identify audience segments and recommend the most effective social formats, posting moments, community tactics, and content angles to reach them.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, platform features, and audience behaviours, applying relevant learnings to improve organic reach, engagement, and campaign support.

Community Management & Engagement:

  • Monitor, listen to, and respond to users in an approved social voice, fostering a positive online community while escalating sensitive issues, media enquiries, complaints, or reputational risks.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional, culturally appropriate, and bilingual manner where required.
  • Support influencer and creator coordination by identifying relevant profiles, preparing content requirements, tracking deliverables, and escalating commercial or reputational opportunities to the Marketing Manager and Strategic Communications Manager.
  • Address public enquiries and feedback received through social media channels, escalating ticketing, customer-service, media, VIP, or reputational issues through the agreed workflow.

Campaign Management:

  • Support paid social campaigns by preparing organic learnings, content options, caption variants, community insight, and platform feedback for the Marketing Manager, who owns paid media setup, optimisation, budget, and performance decisions.
  • Monitor organic campaign performance and suggest content, timing, format, and community adjustments to improve reach, engagement, click-through, and ticket-sales support.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track, analyse, and report on key social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, followers, conversions, etc.) using various analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimise future social media activities.
  • Prepare weekly and post-event social performance updates for the Marketing Manager, including what performed, what should change, and what content opportunities should be captured next.
