Qualifications & Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
Experience with ERP inventory systems.
Preferably experienced in stock accuracy/inventory control in retail.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills for coordination across teams.
Ability to identify stock discrepancies and suggest improvements.
UAE driving license required; car ownership preferred.
Work Conditions:
Field-based role with frequent branch visits.
Flexible working hours, may require early starts or late finishes.
Physically fit for stock counting and audits.
Frequent travel between branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Conduct stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and verify stock transfers.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on stock accuracy and variances.
Compliance & QA: Ensure stock handling meets company standards.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate to improve stock accuracy and resolve issues.
Personal Duties: Maintain professionalism, communicate effectively, and manage tasks efficiently.
