What You Will Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or public relations, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a professional, friendly brand voice.

Knowledge of social media platforms, basic analytics, and social media best practices.

Flexibility to work on weekends and respond to time-sensitive inquiries.

PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST

Agency Coordination: Oversee and brief the social media agency on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate posting of content across all platforms.

Content Review & Scheduling: Verify that content created by the agency aligns with the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and promotional calendar. Ensure timely updates and approvals as needed.

Community Management: Support the appointed agencies with responding to messages, comments, and mentions on social media. The focus should be on providing timely, professional, and friendly interactions, particularly during weekends and peak activity periods.

Influencer & Media Collaborations: Assist with coordinating influencer and media partnerships for our rooms and F&B outlets. Handle logistics, monitor results, and ensure brand compliance across collaborations.

Analytics & Reporting: Support tracking of social media metrics and provide insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and engagement.

Trend & Competitor Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencers to bring fresh ideas to our social media strategy.

Administrative Work: Manage administrative tasks, including posting quotations and invoices and creating iMemos, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
