We are a Riyadh-based digital media and international marketing company seeking a full-time Social Media Platform Operator with strong commercial awareness. The role focuses on managing and growing our social media presence, engaging audiences, supporting online campaigns, and helping turn engagement into business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s social media accounts on a daily basis, including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook.
• Publish, maintain, and optimize platform content.
• Respond professionally to comments and direct messages and improve account activity and audience engagement.
• Work with the team on online promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Track platform performance, prepare basic reports, and use data to improve content and operational results.
• Apply a sales-oriented mindset to identify leads and support conversion opportunities.
• Complete other related duties assigned by the company.
Working hours:
Saturday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, including required break periods. The schedule may be adjusted, and Friday is the weekly day off. Working time will be arranged in line with applicable Saudi labor requirements.
Compensation:
• Basic salary: SAR 3,000–4,000+ per month, depending on experience.
• Performance commission: negotiable, with a high-commission structure based on results.
