Our company is looking for Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team immediately.
Duties and responsibilities:
-responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a company’s social media strategy to increase online presence, engagement, and conversions.
-responsible for content creation, analytics tracking, and staying updated with digital marketing trends.
-Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
-Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms.
-Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Including company website.
-Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
-Collaborate with copywriters, and other team members for campaign execution.
-Track social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
-Optimize content based on data-driven insights to improve engagement and reach.
-Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
-Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
-Work with influencers, brand partners, and communities for collaborations.
Requirements:
-At least 3 years experience in real estate social media marketing or the like, digital marketing, or a related field.
-Must be a degree holder.
-Salary from AED4k-6k. To be discussed depending on experience.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
-Proficiency in social media management tools
-Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
-Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Excellent writing, communication and creative skills.
-Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
