We are looking for a skilled and proactive Media Monitoring & Inquiries Specialist to join a dynamic team responsible for 24/7 media tracking, analysis, and handling media inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor media mentions around the clock using specialized tools, covering company-related news, oil & gas, and general media
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly media analysis reports
- Develop ad-hoc reports for crises, special issues, or urgent requests
- Manage and respond to media inquiries efficiently, ensuring proper tracking and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Support crisis communication activities in line with corporate guidelines
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Data Analytics, IT, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in media monitoring or a related field
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (Fluent – written & spoken)
- Preferred: Knowledge of the media landscape and energy sector
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (8 hours) as part of a 24/7 operation
