Job Description
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong visual sense.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create engaging content (posts, captions, images, videos) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
Design visually appealing content, including basic 2D graphics and an understanding of 3D design concepts when needed
Manage daily social media accounts, including posting and responding to followers
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns
Monitor trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams
Maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools
Requirements
Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools
Basic knowledge of 2D design (e.g., social media creatives, layouts) and familiarity with 3D design concepts is required
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Creative mindset with excellent writing and communication skills
Experience with analytics tools and paid ads is preferred
