Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our food and beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
* Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
* Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
* Engage with followers, respond to messages and reviews
* Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers
* Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Requirements:
* Proven experience in social media management and marketing (preferably in F&B)
* Strong content creation and copywriting skills
* Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
* Understanding of social media analytics and trends
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
