We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Immigration Consultant Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and a passion for helping individuals navigate the immigration process. In this role, you will provide expert advice, build relationships with clients, and drive sales for immigration services, all while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Engage with potential clients to understand their immigration needs, offering personalized consultation regarding visa options, immigration pathways, and related services.
Lead Generation & Sales:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, marketing campaigns, and networking. Promote and sell immigration services to individuals and families.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely responses, updates, and expert guidance throughout the immigration process.
Present tailored immigration solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of the services offered. Prepare and present clear and persuasive proposals.
Follow up with potential clients to answer any questions, address concerns, and close sales. Work to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Stay informed about the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures in order to offer accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and services to ensure client satisfaction while maximizing company revenue.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress. Report on sales metrics and performance to management.
Work closely with senior immigration consultants to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and accurate support throughout the immigration process.

Ability to explain complex immigration procedures in a clear and understandable manner.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
Competitive salary with commission and performance-based incentives.
