Social Media Marketing Executive Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Welcome Travel Group
We are a Dubai-based B2C hotel booking application and website offering travelers access to all types of hotels across multiple destinations. We are a growing startup looking for a driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join us from the ground up — someone who can build our brand presence, grow our audience, and turn followers into hotel bookings.
This is a hands-on role. You will plan and execute everything yourself — content, paid ads, community management, and performance tracking. If you need a big team around you to get things done, this role is not for you.
What you will do
- Build and manage our presence on Instagram, Tiktok, and youtube.
- Create and schedule a monthly content calendar: Destination content, Hotel Content and details, travel deals and promotions
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Instagram and tiktok to drive app download, website traffic and hotel booking .
- set up a re-targeting campaign to bring back visitors who did not complete booking
- manage influencers and content creator collaborations.
- Respond to comments, Dms and reviews across platforms
- Track Performance Weekly and report what is working and what needs change
- Grow our brand from scratch – this is a startup.
