About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Social Media Marketing & Customer Support Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns and provide excellent customer support across phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Arabic fluency is mandatory, as this role involves daily communication with Arabic-speaking customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, including ROAS, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and other key metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing advertisements.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better sales and return on investment.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Experience with Google Ads is an advantage.
Customer Support
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and after-sales support.
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, exchanges, returns, refunds, damaged products, and order inquiries.
- Follow up with customers until all issues are fully resolved.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, delivery team, and other departments when necessary.
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic speaking is mandatory. Candidates who are not fluent in Arabic will not be considered.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads for e-commerce or sales campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
