CRWD Marketing Agency is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a marketing or advertising agency
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple clients
- Create monthly content plans and campaign concepts
- Write engaging captions and coordinate content production
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Monitor trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and paid media specialists
- Prepare monthly performance reports and client presentations
- Communicate professionally with clients and manage approvals
- Ensure all content is delivered on schedule and aligned with brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of solid social media management experience within a marketing agency
- Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and digital marketing
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
- Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred
- Strong organisation, multitasking, and client-management skills
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, analytics, and social media scheduling tools
- UAE experience is an advantage
